We are hiring a Medical Assistant to support our expanding team across Eau Claire, Menomonie, and Lake Hallie locations. Ideal candidates should be open to working across our Eau Claire, Menomonie, and Lake Hallie locations, with placement based on best fit.
What You’ll Do
- Support both clinical and administrative workflows to keep patient care efficient and high quality
- Room patients, collect vitals, and assist with exams and procedures
- Perform phlebotomy, lab processing, injections, and immunizations
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment
- Assist with medical weight loss services including body composition and patient tracking
- Support patient communication, scheduling, and front desk tasks as needed
- Travel between nearby clinic locations and occasional off-site events
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Clear communication and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take initiative
Preferred
- Medical Assistant certification
- Phlebotomy experience
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting

What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first and lasting impression for patients, delivering a welcoming and high-quality experience
• Greet and check in patients while ensuring efficient and accurate workflows
• Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and manage provider availability
• Answer calls, respond to patient messages, and communicate clearly across phone and electronic platforms
• Send and manage patient forms, documentation, and electronic records
• Process payments, complete check-out, and support front desk operations
• Monitor and document patient communication in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
• Travel between nearby clinic locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional presence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
