ReforMedicine was founded in 2011 and opened our first clinic location in Menomonie, Wisconsin, a pioneer in the area as the very first direct pay family practice serving Western Wisconsin. We have grown from those humble beginnings with two employees to a larger team with four clinic locations over the past 10 years.

ReforMedicine Staff

The ReforMedicine staff kicked off the 10th Anniversary Celebration with a cookout on August 10th, 2021.

2011

The first ReforMedicine clinic opened in North Menomonie in a small storefront as the very first and only direct primary care clinic in the area. Dr. Usher staffed the clinic along with a single medical assistant.

2013

ReforMedicine relocated to Eau Claire, leasing space at 3004 Golf Road at the corner of Golf Road and Highway 93 in a space shared with McMahon Chiropractic. The clinic was staffed by two providers and a medical assistant at that time. Later that year ReforMDirect was created and contracted services for employers began with an Eau Claire employer.

2017

2017 was a significant year of growth for ReforMedicine. We opened a private on-site clinic for an employer in Chippewa Falls in July and opened an expansion clinic in Menomonie on Stout Road. The number of employees had doubled to 14 and the number of employer clients served grew to 5.

2020

ReforMedicine clinics grew and expanded with a new Menomonie location on Wilson Avenue in the City Hall building and a new expansion clinic in Hudson, Wisconsin. Staff grew to 22 with 11 employer clients served.

2021

ReforMedicine is celebrating our 10th Anniversary and now serve 17 employer partners, more than 15,000 patients, three clinic locations plus one full-time private on-site clinic, and seven local providers.
