We will send you your Self-Ordering form to complete prior to your appointment via IntakeQ to your mobile device or email.

Arrive Early

Be prepared for your appointment by showing up 15 minutes early, and be prepared to pay for your tests in full at the conclusion of your visit.

Get Your Results

Receive your results through our HIPAA-Secure Patient Portal within a few days. Test result time may vary based on test.
