*For lab-only appointments (labs not ordered by a ReforMedicine provider) the patient will need to provide a LabCorp test identification number before the lab test can be scheduled. Ask your provider or to search all LabCorp tests and codes, click here. YES! We accept new patients of all ages and welcome you by appointment for a single lab or any services you need. There are no memberships and no insurance is required (or accepted).

YES! We can send your results to any clinic or doctor. Just let us know at the time of your lab and we will take care of it for no additional charge. If you ask after results are in, you might be subject to an extra administrative charge.

YES! We always provide a coded receipt at the time of payment. Some patients need them to turn in for reimbursement from a health plan, their employer, or some other entity.

If you require assistance in reviewing lab test results or discover an abnormality in need of attention you are welcome to make an affordable appointment with any of the family practice providers on our team. Our providers accept new patients and see all ages of patients.

YES! ReforMedicine is a private independent clinic and your results and medical information are kept on file at our clinic. The information is only released to other offices or individuals with your specific permission.

YES! ReforMedicine works with many area employers to perform pre-employment lab tests such as drug tests, TB tests, and more. Are you an employer interested in arranging a reoccurring service? When you call please ask to speak with someone about customized employer services.

Ordinarily lab-only appointments can be set within a few days of the request.

YES! ReforMedicine's Eau Claire office opens at 7:00 a.m. on weekdays, Eau Claire and Menomonie are open until 7:30 pm each Wednesday, and Eau Claire is open every Saturday morning in addition to normal workday hours.
